1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services/products provided by Lines on Linen (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services/products.
2. Payment and Fees
a. Payment for our services/products is required as per our pricing structure. Prices are subject to change without notice.
b. Payments are processed through Square or Shopify Payments. We do not store your payment information. Any payment disputes or issues should be directed to the payment processor.
3. Refund Policy
As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns once your items have been sent to printing.
In the event of cancellation of events or change of mind, any deposits or partial payments can not be refunded. Depending where in the process we are at, we may be able to offer a refund if the design has not been sent to printing yet.
Design fees are non-refundable if we have provided you with digital presentations for approval.
We will not be held responsible for any errors with the printed artwork, that was approved by you, the client. If a reprint of the artwork is required due to client error, the cost of the reprint must be covered by the client.
4. Intellectual Property
a. All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with our services/products, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Lines on Linen and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content or materials without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
a. In no event shall Lines on Linen be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services/products.
6. Proofreading and Responsibility for Accuracy
The client is solely responsible for providing accurate and correctly spelled wording and/or names. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the design proofs; however, it is the client's responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all content, before production. In the event that any errors or misspellings are present in the final printed materials, which were not brought to our attention during the proofing process, Lines on Linen cannot be held responsible. If the client wishes to request a reprint due to such errors and if Lines on Linen is capable of providing a reprint, it will be subject to an additional cost. We strongly recommend careful proofreading to avoid any discrepancies and ensure the highest quality of the finished products.
7. Printing Service
Our reliance on a third-party printing service dictates our timeline.
Should time constraints and extensive client revisions pose a risk to the printing timeline, we will provide a notice to keep you informed. Lines on Linen disclaims responsibility for printing delays, and no refund will be provided for any delayed stationery elements.
8. Revisions
We offer up to 4 revisions for each stationery element. An additional design fee of $60.00 applies beyond the specified revisions. This policy aims to cover capacity and prevent revisions from impacting another client's design or schedule.
9. Shipping Terms and Conditions
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package, destination, and selected shipping method. The rates will be displayed on the final invoice.
Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Please note that unforeseen circumstances or customs delays may affect delivery times.
International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the client.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Address Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
